For me, EMPOWER means: “Growing together through challenges”

I started here in 2016 with a voluntary internship and since then have become a permanent part of the team. I really feel very much at home at Nagel-Group. I like to call it my ‘Nagel family’ as I really appreciate the working atmosphere here in Bochum. I like coming to work because I just feel good here. You can take on responsibility if you want to even when you are young!  My supervisors have confidence in me so let me work independently, but are always there for me if I have any questions.
