Information for new suppliers
How can I register as a supplier with Nagel-Group?
You can register as a new supplier via our supplier portal, Ivalua (see ‘Guide to supplier self-registration’). Once you have completed a few mandatory fields and set a password, you will receive a confirmation email.
What happens after registration?
A member of the procurement team will receive the details of your company and will contact you by email if required and if they are interested. You can then add further company details to your profile.
What is the Code of Conduct for Suppliers? Do I have to accept the Code of Conduct for Suppliers?
The Code of Conduct for Suppliers forms the basis for our collaboration with suppliers, enabling us to take responsibility for people and the environment within our supply chain. It is the binding foundation of our business relationships.
Information for existing suppliers
I am already a supplier to Nagel-Group. Do I need to register?
Existing suppliers do not need to register on the supplier portal; they can simply use the login. There, you can log in using your email address and request a new password. To do this, select the ‘Forgotten password’ button on the Ivalua login page. Once you have confirmed the security question, you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. If you encounter any problems, please contact your procurement expert or send us an email. We will send you a new password.
How will I continue to receive my orders?
You will continue to receive your orders by email (cXML, EDI, etc.). You can also view orders directly within the system.
How should invoicing be handled?
You should continue to send your invoices electronically by email. Further information can be found on our order documents.
How can I make changes to my master data?
Once you have logged in to Ivalua, go to the ‘General Information’ tab and select the ‘My Supplier Profile’ sub-tab. There, click the ‘Create a change request’ button and update the details that have changed. The relevant procurement expert will then review the change.

Nagel-Group attaches great importance to ethical central purchasing principles, which provide the orientation framework for appropriate behavior. The Procurement department does not maintain any business relationships with contractual partners whose conduct on the market and their attitude towards their employees and suppliers do not comply with Nagel-Group’s ethical principles.
