I particularly appreciate the interdisciplinary cooperation at Nagel-Group in an exciting international environment and a crisis-proof sector. I welcome the fact that I have always been given a great deal of room for manoeuvre, even in my “fledgeling” years, and the opportunity to take on responsibility early on.
My personal development was very important to my line managers, so I was given the opportunity to complete my MBA at the University of Münster while working. Even a change of departments did not stand in the way of my career in Nagel-Group and I have been proactively encouraged every step of the way.
