What I particularly like about my apprenticeship at Nagel-Group is that as an apprentice, you get an insight into the entire company and the various approaches the many different departments take to their work. Each department is so different that there really is something for everyone. In this way, you also learn about your own strengths and weaknesses in more detail. Due to the sheer size of the company, several apprentices started in my year. This was a comforting feeling, especially at the beginning.
Nagel-Group offers its apprentices perfect opportunities for further education through internal training courses at the Nagel Academy. As an apprentice, you ask a lot of questions, especially at the beginning in a new department. However, you do not need to be afraid about asking so many questions because all colleagues are so open. You get a warm welcome to every department, and there is a very pleasant working atmosphere.
