Working for Nagel-Group is really special for me, because when I look at the supermarket shelves, I know that most of the food there has been transported through us. What is even more fascinating is that this does not only apply in Germany, but throughout Europe. This can only be made possible through close cooperation and communication with colleagues at home and abroad.
Due to the size of the company, there is a variety of jobs and tasks, which has always allowed me to develop personally. My current job as Head of Process Management really helps me to think outside the box. Over the years I have been able to gain a variety of insights into other areas of Nagel-Group, which makes it easier to understand all the various interfaces. I use the experience I have gained to help my colleagues understand the processes at Nagel-Group.
