As part of one of the largest food logistics companies in Europe, I am always amazed at how diverse our business is. I find the constantly changing challenges and the incredible closeness to our customers fascinating every single day. If I had to describe Nagel-Group in three words, I think it would be: VARIABLE, SOLUTION-ORIENTED & PERSONAL.

I have been in my current position since the beginning of 2019 and very much appreciate the fact that strategy work basically offers plenty of diversity, autonomy and freedom of decision. In addition, I can be creative because of the many different starting points of the strategy and can, therefore, always deal with exciting new and exciting topics.
After ten years at Nagel-Group – my only employer so far – I have to acknowledge that I have been very fortunate to have very helpful colleagues and extremely motivated managers around me. As a result, I was given the opportunity to complete a part-time master’s degree almost immediately after my dual study. This and other initiatives, such as our internal junior staff development programme, have already had a major impact on me in the early stages of my career at Nagel-Group and mean I can do my job today to the best of my ability.
