Position: Dual student I People Management

Part of Nagel-Group since: August 2018

My career at Nagel-Group and before that:

2018 - 2020

Apprenticeship as commercial operative for forwarding and logistics services

2018 - present

Dual study in Business Administration I Bachelor of Arts

2020 - present

People Management I Apprenticeship department

As early as during the application process, I already had the feeling that, as a young person, I was in good hands at Nagel-Group. This first positive impression was confirmed the more I progressed. Right from the start of my apprenticeship, Nagel-Group put a high priority on good supervision and integrating my individual interests and wishes. They continually motivate you to get the best out of yourself and support you by way of internal training and feedback sessions.

The special thing for me at Nagel-Group? Even while I am still doing my studies, I get involved in interesting and exciting projects. I am learning to work independently and take responsibility, which I appreciate very much. You grow in a challenging environment, and the exposure you get to different departments during your training means you have many perspectives for your future career. This awakened my interest in the HR department, where I will be working until the end of my studies. Every day I have a look at the wide range of tasks, especially in the area of apprenticeships. From staff selection right through to training planning and special projects, everything is included.

I also appreciate being part of a great team, where everyone has an open ear and good advice (and a regular supply of snacks to feed the brain!).
