Management Kick-Off Event 2025: Together successfully into the future

On 21 and 22 January 2025, Nagel-Group’s top 50 specialists and managers gathered in the company’s own History Lounge at its headquarters to jointly set the course for a successful year 2025. Under the motto ‘Successful together’, the management kick-off event offered an inspiring programme of keynotes, interactive workshops and presentations on innovative topics from the specialist departments.

Carsten Taucke, CEO of the Nagel-Group

The aim of the interactive management workshop was to communicate Nagel-Group’s ambitious goals for 2025 to the team and to strengthen cooperation between the branches, subsidiaries and headquarters. The focus was on practical solutions that were developed and presented directly from the various departments and teams.

Inspiring keynotes – A look at the 2030 strategy

Focus topics such as strategy, finance, operations, sales, IT, HR and real estate were vividly presented and provided valuable impetus for the subsequent discussions. Carsten Taucke, CEO of Nagel-Group, aptly summarised in his keynote speech: ‘A strong strategy will only be successful if it is supported by everyone. Our common goal is to create and maintain long-term value for Nagel-Group. Only as a team can we achieve our goals.’

From pioneering digitalisation projects and sustainable logistics approaches to modern warehouse solutions – the variety of topics offered exciting insights into developments and solutions which prepare Nagel-Group for the future. In addition, a workshop was held in one of Nagel-Group’s new electric trucks, which highlighted the opportunities and challenges of alternative drive systems in a practical way.
