B+S Logistik: Change in the management board
Borgholzhausen, 19.01.2024. B+S GmbH Logistik und Dienstleistungen is set for a change in management: Stefan Brinkmann will be leaving the company, which he once co-founded, on 1 February 2024 as planned and at his own request. Two years ago, the Nagel-Group took over the Borgholzhausen-based company B+S Logistik. Clemens von Ketteler, who has headed the e-commerce logistics company together with Stefan Brinkmann as Managing Director since mid-2023, will receive reinforcement from within his own ranks: Christian Voß, previously Head of Human Resources at B+S Logistik, will join the management team. The management duo will continue the company’s successful path.
Stefan Brinkmann: “It is certainly not an easy step, I have invested a lot of passion and commitment in B+S for 23 years. I would like to thank all my colleagues for their tireless commitment and loyalty over many years. And I would like to thank all customers for their trust, which they can rightly continue to have in B+S. For me, the time has come for change, but I will continue to follow the development of B+S with interest.”
Since 2001, B+S Logistik has established itself as a service provider for e-commerce fulfilment. Up to 1,200 employees work at 13 locations for customers from the online retail, pharmaceutical and food sectors. In recent years, B+S has expanded its logistics capacities enormously, opening new sites in Alzenau, Hammersbach and Sottrum.

Clemens von Ketteler has been working for B+S Logistik since March 2023 and manages the company together with Stefan Brinkmann. Christian Voß has been Head of Human Resources at B+S since 2023 and will now assume further responsibility as Managing Director. He previously held various positions at Nagel-Group for eight years. Together, they want to further develop B+S Logistik – especially in the area of automation.
“B+S Logistik is known and established on the market as a specialist for e-commerce logistics. We still see very good growth opportunities here – particularly in e-fulfilment for the consumer goods and fashion sectors, as well as in the food industry, where e-food solutions are increasingly in demand,” says Clemens von Ketteler. And Christian Voß adds: “As B+S Logistik, we will continue to work closely with the Nagel-Group where it makes sense, but will continue to operate as an independent company – as dynamically and flexibly as our customers are used to.”
