Nagel-Group once again presents the “Partner of the Year Award” to DextraData/Cancom
Versmold/Essen, 03 July 2025. This is the third time DextraData/CANCOM has received the “Partner Of The Year Award” honour. The ceremonial presentation took place on 2 June 2025 at CANCOM’s headquarters in Essen.
This is the fourth presentation of Nagel-Group’s “Partner Of The Year Award”. It is all the more pleasing that DextraData/CANCOM has received the award in three of the four years it has existed. Nagel-Group honours IT service providers who have made a particularly positive contribution to cooperation.
“We have a genuine partnership of equals with DextraData/CANCOM,” says Michael Lütjann, CIO of Nagel-Group. “Continuous development of joint projects, coupled with high reliability and technological excellence, makes DextraData/CANCOM a strong partner in Nagel-Group’s digital transformation”
Nagel-Group’s decision comes from a comprehensive evaluation over a 12-month period. Aspects such as the exploitation of technology, support quality, speed of response, flexibility, cost management and security standards are all taken into consideration in the assessment.
“We are delighted that Nagel-Group has recognised us as “Partner Of The Year” for the third time. This recognition not only emphasises our close and trusting cooperation, but also our role as a strategic IT partner. It is resounding proof that CANCOM accompanies its customers reliably and expertly on their digital transformation path,” says Kristina Diesem, Senior Vice President, CANCOM.
The PC as a Service (PCaaS) project is an outstanding example of a successful working relationship. Together with CANCOM, Nagel-Group relies on modern workplace solutions from HP. The services not only include the procurement and delivery of the hardware, but also the fully automated setup using Microsoft Intune, SWAP services in the event of defects, repairs and certified data erasure on return – all from a single source through CANCOM. The benefits: significant relief for internal IT, up-to-date devices at all times and predictable costs.
“As a critical infrastructure, it was crucial for us not only to manage IT workstations economically, but also to fulfil the highest requirements in terms of security, scalability and governance. The PCaaS model means we can achieve precisely this delicate balancing act – CANCOM fully understood our complex requirements and was able to translate them into a resilient service model,” says Yakup Ömer, Head of IT Governance & Cyber Defence at Nagel-Group.
