An evening of appreciation and connection: the 2026 anniversary celebration of the Nagel-Group
Versmold, 19 March 2026. On 19 March 2026, more than 100 Nagel-Group employees gathered in the History Lounge at the Versmold headquarters for this year’s employee anniversary celebration. Those with 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 and even 50 years of service were honoured. Marion Nagel, Chairperson of the Administrative Board, and Tobias Nagel personally honoured the long-serving employees. In their speeches, they not only paid tribute to the employees’ long-standing loyalty, but also looked to the future. The commitment of each individual is a key factor in the success of the Nagel-Group, which continues to invest consistently in its sustainable strategy.
“Your long-standing loyalty to the Nagel-Group demonstrates your appreciation for the company and what it means to you. I would like to express my gratitude to you for this,” said Marion Nagel.
Tobias Nagel also emphasised the significance of the long-serving employees to the company’s history and thanked them for their many years of service: “You can be proud of what you have achieved.”
Colleagues from different locations and countries seized the opportunity to catch up, share memories and talk. A notable example is Uwe Große-Wiegert from the Borgholzhausen warehouse, who has worked for the Nagel-Group for an impressive 50 years. He has witnessed and helped shape the company’s development over the last five decades. For him, the celebration was a special moment of recognition. “It’s a special feeling to look back on so many years and see what we’ve achieved together. I’m proud to have been part of this development.”
