The Nagel-Group is organising a competition via its corporate Instagram and Facebook page, accessible via

a competition on the subject of “Nagel-Group model truck”.

Participation in the Nagel-Group competition is free of charge and subject to these conditions of participation.

Period of participation

The duration of the competition is from

06.12.2022 at 12:00 hrs until 13.12.2022 at 23:59 hrs.

During this period, users will have the opportunity to enter the competition online.

Entering the prize draw

In order to participate in the competition, the following is required:

Participation is only possible within the entry period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered for the draw.

Only one submitted entry per participant will be entered into the competition. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple email addresses or multiple Facebook profiles to increase your chances of winning.

Participation in the competition is free of charge.

Eligibility

The competition is open to natural persons who are resident in Germany and over the age of 14. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organiser and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.

Should a participant be restricted in his/her legal capacity, the consent of his/her legal representative is required.

All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the Operator as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example (a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, (b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair conduct or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

Winning, notification and transmission of the prize
The following prizes will be raffled:

・ Four winners will each receive a Nagel-Group model truck of the Herpa brand via Facebook participation.

・ Four winners will each receive a Nagel-Group model truck of the Herpa brand via the Instagram participation.

The winners will be published in the comments under the competition post and asked to send a private message to the Nagel-Group or will be notified directly via a private message via Instagram / Facebook by the Nagel-Group administrators. The winners will be announced within one week.

The prize will be sent to the winners by post within two weeks of the end of the competition, provided the relevant postal address is submitted in good time.

The winners will be determined after the closing date by means of a random draw among all participants.

The prize will be sent exclusively to the winner or to the legal representative of the underage winner. It is not possible to exchange, collect or pay out the prize in cash.

Any costs incurred for the dispatch of the prizes will be borne by the organiser. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.

If the winner does not respond within a period of one week after being requested to do so twice, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

Termination of the competition

The organiser expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons.

 

Data protection

Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. The participant assures that the personal data provided by him/her, in particular first name, surname and email address, are true and correct.

The organiser points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use without their consent.

In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his/her name in the advertising media used by the organiser. This includes the announcement of the winner on the website of the Operator and its social media platforms.

The participant may revoke his/her declared consent at any time. The revocation must be made in writing to the contact details provided by the organiser.

After revoking consent, the participant’s personal data collected and stored will be deleted immediately.

 

 

Governing law

Questions or complaints in connection with the competition should be addressed to the operator.

The competition of the operator is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

 

 

Severability clause

Should any provision of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions of participation. In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest in economic terms to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same shall apply in the event of a loophole in these Terms and Conditions of Participation.

 

By participating (liking, commenting on the competition entry, uploading pictures), the user agrees to the above conditions of participation.
