Participation in the Nagel-Group competition is free of charge and subject to these conditions of participation.
Period of participation
The competition will run from
01.07.2022 at 12:00 until 31.07.2022 at 11:59 p.m.
Users will be given the opportunity to enter the competition online during this period.

Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.
Participation is free.
Eligible participants
Natural persons aged 14 or over are eligible to participate. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organiser and is not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services.
If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.
Those involved in the design and implementation of the competition are not entitled to participate in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation if, at its sole discretion, there are justified reasons, for example (a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, (b) in the event of breaches of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair conduct or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
Prize, notification and delivery of the prize
The following prizes will be awarded:
• A Nagel Teddy (as shown in the picture)
Winners will be published in the comments under the competition post and asked to send a private message to Nagel-Group or will be notified directly via a private message via Instagram / Facebook by Nagel-Group administrators. Winners will be announced within one week.
The prize will be sent to the winners by post within two weeks of the end of the competition, provided the relevant postal address is provided in good time.
The winners will be determined after the closing date by means of a random draw among all participants.
The prize will be sent exclusively to the winner or to the legal representative of an under-age winner. No substitution, cash alternative or collection of the prize in person is allowed.
Any costs incurred in delivery of prizes will be borne by the organiser. The prizewinner is responsible for payment of any taxes due on the prize.
If the winner does not respond within a period of one week after two requests, the prize may be awarded to another participant.
Termination of the competition
The organiser expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving any reason.
Data protection
Personal data must be provided to be able to participate in the competition. The participant affirms that the personal data provided by them, in particular first name, surname and e-mail address, are true and correct.
The organiser expressly states that no personal data of the participants will be passed on to third parties or made available to them for use without the participant’s consent.
The prizewinner grants their consent in the event of them winning to their name and place of residence being published in publicity material used by the organiser. This includes publication of the prizewinner on the operator’s website and social media platforms.
The participant may revoke their declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the contact details provided by the organiser.

The collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately after revocation of consent.
Applicable law
Questions or complaints relating to the competition are to be directed to the operator.
The operator’s competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. All decisions are final.
Severability clause
If any clause or provision in these conditions of participation is or becomes ineffective or unenforceable, the effectiveness of the remainder of these conditions of participation shall be unaffected. Instead of the ineffective provision, a legally permissible provision that comes closest to the meaning and purpose expressed in the ineffective provision shall apply. The same shall apply in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.
