Nagel-Group is organising the Nagel-Group Advent Calendar Prize Draw on its corporate Instagram and Facebook page, which can be reached through

Participation in the Nagel-Group prize draw is free of charge and is subject to these general terms and conditions for participation.
Participation period
You can enter the prize draw from
Thursday 25th November 2021 at 12:00 until Sunday 28th November 2021 at 13:00.
During that period, users will have the opportunity to enter the prize draw online.
Entering the prize draw
To be able to participate in the competition, the following is required:

Entries will only be accepted during the stated prize draw period. Entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the draw.
Only one entry per person will be entered into the draw. It is strictly forbidden to use more than one e-mail or Facebook address.
Participation in the prize draw is free of charge.
Eligibility
The prize draw is open to natural persons residing in Europe who are over the age of 14. Entry is not limited to customers of the promoter and is not dependent on the purchase of a good or service.
Participants with limited legal capacity must obtain the consent of their legal representative to participate.
Any person involved in planning and implementing the prize draw, the organiser’s employees are excluded from participating. In addition, the organiser reserves the right to exclude persons from participation, at their discretion, for valid reasons. These include, for example, (a) manipulations in connection with access to or implementation of the prize draw, (b) any breach of these terms and conditions for participation, (c) unfair practice, or (d) any kind of incorrect and misleading information regarding participation in the prize draw.
Prize, notification and transmission of the winnings
The following prizes will be raffled:
– 24 winners will each receive a Nagel-Group Advent Calendar on Facebook
– 24 winners will each receive a Nagel-Group Advent calendar on Instagram
Winners will be announced in the comments section of the prize draw post and asked to private message Nagel-Group. The winners will be announced within one week.
Winners will receive their prizes by post within one week of the end of the prize draw, provided the relevant postal address is submitted in time.
Winners will be determined at random from all eligible entries received after the closing date.
Prizes are only handed out to the actual winner or their legal representative. It is not possible to exchange the prize, pick it up in person, or request a payout in cash.
The organiser will cover the costs of shipping the prize. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to pay any taxes incurred due to the acceptance of the prize.
If the winner fails to accept the prize after two repeated requests within one (1) week, the prize can be transferred to another participant.
Termination of the prize draw
The organiser expressly reserves the right to terminate the prize draw without prior notice and without giving reasons.
Privacy Notice
Participation in the prize draw requires the disclosure of personal data. Participants must confirm the truthfulness and correctness of personal details they provide, particularly their first and last name and their e-mail address.
The organiser declares that no personal data entered by the participants will be disclosed to third parties or left at their disposal without the consent of the participants.
Any participant winning the prize draw agrees to allow the organiser to publish their name in the advertising material used by the organiser. This includes announcing the winner on the organiser’s website and the organiser’s accounts on social media platforms.
Participants have the right to revoke their consent at any time. Such revocation must be made in writing to the contact details provided by the organiser.

After revoking their consent, participants’ personal data collected and stored will be deleted without delay.
Governing law
Questions or complaints concerning the prize draw must be addressed to the organiser.
The organiser’s prize draw is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. There is no legal recourse.
Severability Clause
If any of the provisions in these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable as a whole or in part, the remaining provisions in these terms and conditions for participation shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally valid provision that most closely approximates the purpose and economic effect of the invalid provision. The same applies for regulatory gaps found in the terms and conditions for participation.
This prize draw is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram / Facebook. Nagel-Group is the sole contact and is solely responsible for the prize draw.
