2025 was a demanding year for the entire logistics industry: volatile markets, increasing requirements and high dynamics along the supply chain shaped our cooperation more than ever before. At the same time, this year also showed us the strength that can be achieved when reliable partnerships and consistent further development go hand in hand.

For the Nagel-Group, 2025 was a year of progress – strategically, operationally and technologically. With new locations and modernisation measures in Zabrze, Gdańsk, Gotha/Emleben and Hamburg, we are continuing to expand our European network and creating additional capacity to meet the needs of our customers. At the same time, we are investing in modern infrastructure, energy efficiency and innovative technologies. This includes expanding our electric truck fleet, new energy storage solutions and digital standards that further increase transparency and efficiency along your supply chain.

We have also implemented important operational measures: the digitalisation of our co-packing activities at almost 50 locations strengthens our responsiveness, reduces complexity and creates sustainable, scalable processes. These developments are complemented by the continuous expansion of digital platforms and services, which significantly simplify communication and processes, particularly in the operational area.

These investments and innovations received several awards in 2025, including the Best Managed Companies Award and the ECR Award for a forward-looking concept in urban fresh produce logistics. We see both awards as confirmation of our commitment to working with you to shape the future of food logistics in a sustainable, efficient and digital way.

As the year draws to a close and the Christmas season approaches, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for your trust and excellent cooperation. In a challenging environment, partnership-based cooperation cannot be taken for granted, but for us it is a key factor for success.

We will continue to pursue our path consistently in 2026. We will implement new projects, further strengthen our network and tailor our services even more closely to the requirements of our customers. In turbulent times, one thing remains unchanged: our reliable cooperation with you.
