“Best Managed Company” for the third time in a row
Nagel-Group once again belongs to the exclusive circle of “Best Managed Companies”, an international seal of quality awarded by Deloitte in cooperation with UBS, the Federation of German Industries (BDI) and the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (F.A.Z.).
Since 2007, the Best Managed Companies Award has been presented in Germany to medium-sized companies that have made a special impression with their actions. In interviews lasting several hours, the companies were intensively screened for their excellence in the four core areas of strategy, productivity and innovation, culture and commitment as well as finance and governance. The vision: to build a national and global ecosystem of excellently managed SMEs.
“Strategic foresight and innovative strength are the key characteristics of a Best Managed Company like Nagel-Group. The award winners navigate with foresight through the constantly changing market conditions, set trend-setting accents in a turbulent environment and at the same time shape the future with the necessary caution. The Nagel-Group demonstrates how companies in their region can make a significant contribution to development and open up new perspectives for the economy and society,” emphasizes Dr. Christine Wolter, Partner and Lead at Deloitte Private.
At the award ceremony in Frankfurt, Michael Lütjann, CIO of Nagel-Group, accepted the award on behalf of the company. “Particularly in the area of digitalization, we rely on sustainable and intelligent solutions to make our processes future-proof. This is teamwork across all Nagel-Group departments,” said Michael Lütjann at the award ceremony.
