Our Nagel Polska Academy is a place where you will find a wide range of training courses, workshops and development programs tailored to different needs and career stages.

  • Logistics Manager Academy – a one-year development program for people with at least one year of experience, which organizes knowledge in the field of logistics and helps to better understand key operational processes.

Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process has been designed to get to know your skills and experience in a few transparent stages and to check how well we can work together to achieve Nagel Polska’s values and goals.

STAGE 1 – Application review.

In the first stage, we thoroughly review all applications and select the candidates who best match the current job requirements. Selected candidates are invited to participate in the next stages of the recruitment process.

STAGE 2 – Recruitment meeting.

The next stage is a recruitment interview, which can take place either online or in person at the company’s headquarters. In justified cases, additional meetings are organized to enable a more in-depth assessment of competencies and mutual expectations.

STAGE 3 – Decision and invitation to cooperate.

After all stages of the process have been completed, a decision is made regarding the selection of the candidate. The selected candidate is presented with an offer of cooperation. If you are not selected for the next stage, we encourage you to participate in future recruitment processes conducted by Nagel Polska.
