Hamburg\/Berlin, June 18, 2026. <\/strong>The Nagel-Group will take over key logistics services for KoRo Handels GmbH. The operational implementation will be handled by the multichannel specialist B+S GmbH Logistik und Dienstleistungen. With this move, the Berlin-based food brand is laying the operational foundation for its next phase of growth in Germany and Europe. The goal is to create a scalable logistics platform that connects e-commerce, retail, and international markets within a single system.<\/p>\n

Logistics Platform for KoRo\u2019s Next Phase of Growth <\/strong><\/h3>\n

In recent years, KoRo has evolved from a digital food brand into a European omnichannel brand. In addition to its online store, its presence in brick-and-mortar retail is growing significantly. In Germany, KoRo is now available at around 15,000 retail locations. For this next phase of scaling, the company needs a logistics structure that can reliably handle larger volumes, diverse distribution channels, and country-specific requirements.<\/p>\n

At its Alzenau location, B+S Logistik provides comprehensive services across the entire supply chain: from warehousing and order fulfillment to value-added services such as packaging, co-packing, and display construction, all the way through to national and Europe-wide distribution. Thanks to its integration into the Nagel-Group\u2019s Europe-wide network, KoRo can serve both brick-and-mortar retailers and its e-commerce business more efficiently and flexibly.<\/p>\n

Foundation for Further Growth in Europe<\/strong><\/h3>\n

KoRo has further accelerated its growth trajectory toward 2025: The company increased revenue to 252 million euros, grew by 44 percent compared to the previous year, and achieved a significantly positive result at the group level as well as positive operating cash flow.\u00a0 In the coming years, the company plans to achieve further profitable growth and continue expanding its omnichannel strategy. The company sees significant growth potential particularly in France and Italy, as well as in the German food retail sector.<\/p>\n

The partnership with the Nagel-Group and B+S Logistik forms the logistical backbone for this. The Nagel-Group\u2019s dense European network enables the company to efficiently tap into both national and international markets. The new logistics structure makes it possible to efficiently handle rising volumes while responding flexibly to varying market demands. A particular focus is on reliably supporting different distribution models\u2014from centralized retail structures to country-specific delivery requirements.<\/p>\n

High Standards for Quality and Processes<\/strong><\/h3>\n

As a provider of high-quality, predominantly plant-based foods, KoRo sets high standards for its logistics partners. Its broad product range\u2014including snacks, dried fruits, nut butters, breakfast products, and functional foods\u2014poses varying challenges for storage, order fulfillment, and packaging. In addition to strict food standards, transport-safe packaging plays a particularly crucial role. For example, for delicate products or large-volume containers in e-commerce. Especially in the omnichannel model, logistics is therefore not just an operational process, but a key component for product availability, product protection, and customer experience.<\/p>\n

Phased Launch of the Collaboration<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Operations will begin in several phases: The first incoming shipment in the B2B segment took place on April 15, 2026, and outbound processes began in early June. The B2C business is scheduled to launch in August 2026.<\/p>\n
