Nagel-Group consolidates locations in Poland and opens new central logistics hub in Pozna\u0144<\/h1>\n

Pozna\u0144, 04 March 2026. The Nagel-Group, one of Europe’s leading food logistics companies, is continuing to expand its activities in Poland, focusing on consolidation, efficiency and sustainable growth. A new, tailor-made logistics property is being built in the greater Pozna\u0144 area, which is scheduled to commence operations in the first half of 2027. At the same time, four existing branches will be merged into one location.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The new construction project is being realised as part of Panattoni Park Pozna\u0144 East III. Developer Panattoni is constructing a modern build-to-suit property for the Nagel-Group with a total of around 46,000 m\u00b2 of warehouse and office space, which will serve as the Nagel-Group’s central operational hub in Poland in the future.<\/p>\n

Consolidation boosts operational efficiency<\/strong><\/h3>\n

With the new site up and running, the four existing warehouses in Diamentowa, Kolumba, Robakowo and Wi\u015bniowa will be consolidated into one new location. This will create the most important operational hub within the Nagel-Group’s national structure in Poland. At the same time, the new location remains in the same region, which means short distances, continuity and a new, modern workplace for employees in particular.<\/p>\n

The new branch in Pozna\u0144 impresses with its excellent transport links to the A2 and S5 motorways.<\/p>\n

Modern logistics space for all temperature ranges<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The property has almost 42,000 m\u00b2 of warehouse space and around 4,500 m\u00b2 of office space and covers all temperature-controlled requirements of food logistics \u2013 from ultra-fresh (0-2\/0-4 \u00b0C) to fresh (4-7 \u00b0C) and ambient zones (16-18 \u00b0C), supported by modern, precise temperature control systems. The facility is complemented by a spacious cross-dock area with around 11,000 m\u00b2 and 66 loading bays. A total of 300 car parking spaces and 120 truck parking spaces are available.<\/p>\n

Focus on sustainability and employee well-being<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The project meets the highest sustainability requirements and is certified to the BREEAM standard at the \u2018Excellent\u2019 level. Plans include a biological wastewater treatment plant and a heating system based on heat recovery from the cooling system. In addition, the site integrates facilities to promote employee well-being, including a leisure area with a football pitch.<\/p>\n
