Hamburg\/Bremen, 15\/05\/2025. Nagel-Group has gained a major new customer: the Eggers & Franke Group, one of the leading German distribution companies for premium spirits, wines and sparkling wines. The cooperation will include full logistics support in the future \u2013 from storage and transport to individual value-added services.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nagel-Group took over all warehouse activities on behalf of Eggers & Franke at the beginning of the year, integrating a total of around 45,000 pallet spaces at the Hammersbach logistics site. The next hugely significant milestone was reached on 1 May 2025 when Nagel-Group took over the entire transport operation.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have selected Nagel-Group as a strategic partner who understands our high quality standards and supports our growth ambitions with intelligent logistics solutions,\u201d says Norman Br\u00fcggemann, General Manager Operations at the Eggers & Franke Group. \u201cCentralising our activities in Hammersbach will be ideal for us to make our processes more efficient, scalable and customer-focused.\u201d<\/p>\n

The new partnership focuses on comprehensively optimising B2C processes, both by exploiting robotics technology for greater automation and through consistently streamlining processes. All processes will also be migrated to CAL-Suite, Nagel-Group\u2019s own specially developed software ecosystem.<\/p>\n

Nagel-Group will assume complete logistical responsibility for Eggers & Franke in the future under this cooperation. This also includes intelligently consolidating e-commerce orders, allowing shipments to be bundled and delivered more sustainably. Another key component is co-packing at the Hammersbach site: this is destined in future not only to be used for packaging and repackaging, but also for consolidation before the goods are dispatched to end customers \u2013 the perfect scenario for the discerning distribution of high-quality luxury goods such as these.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n
