Entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the draw.<\/p>\n<p>Only one entry per person will be entered into the draw. It is strictly forbidden to use more than one e-mail or Facebook address.<\/p>\n<p>Participation in the prize draw is free of charge.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><br \/>\nEligibility<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The prize draw is open to natural persons residing in Germany who are over the age of 14. Entry is not limited to customers of the promoter and is not dependent on the purchase of a good or service.<\/p>\n<p>Participants with limited legal capacity must obtain the consent of their legal representative to participate.<\/p>\n<p>Any person involved in planning and implementing the prize draw, the organiser\u2019s employees and their family members are excluded from participating. In addition, the organiser reserves the right to exclude persons from participation, at their discretion, for valid reasons. These include, for example, (a) manipulations in connection with access to or implementation of the prize draw, (b) any breach of these terms and conditions for participation, (c) unfair practice, or (d) any kind of incorrect and misleading information regarding participation in the prize draw.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><br \/>\nPrize, notification and transmission of the winnings<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The following prize will be raffled:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>One winner:in will receive an Easter basket filled with all the ingredients needed to bake a delicious carrot cake via Facebook participation<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>One winner:in will receive an Easter basket filled with all the ingredients needed to bake a delicious carrot cake via Instagram participation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Winners will be announced in the comments section of the prize draw post and asked to private message Nagel-Group or will be sent a private message on Instagram\/Facebook by Nagel-Group administrators. The winners will be announced within one week.<\/p>\n<p>Winners will receive their prizes by post within two weeks of the end of the prize draw, provided the relevant postal address is submitted in time.<\/p>\n<p>Winners will be determined at random from all eligible entries received after the closing date.<\/p>\n<p>Prizes are only handed out to the actual winner or their legal representative. It is not possible to exchange the prize, pick it up in person, or request a payout in cash.<\/p>\n<p>The organiser will cover the costs of shipping the prize. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to pay any taxes incurred due to the acceptance of the prize.<\/p>\n<p>If the winner fails to accept the prize after two repeated requests within one (1) week, the prize can be transferred to another participant.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><br \/>\nTermination of the prize draw<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The organiser expressly reserves the right to terminate the prize draw without prior notice and without giving reasons.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><br \/>\nPrivacy Notice<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Participation in the prize draw requires the disclosure of personal data. Participants must confirm the truthfulness and correctness of personal details they provide, particularly their first and last name and their e-mail address.<\/p>\n<p>The organiser declares that no personal data entered by the participants will be disclosed to third parties or left at their disposal without the consent of the participants.<\/p>\n<p>Any participant winning the prize draw agrees to allow the organiser to publish their name in the advertising material used by the organiser. This includes announcing the winner on the organiser\u2019s website and the organiser\u2019s accounts on social media platforms.<\/p>\n<p>Participants have the right to revoke their consent at any time. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally valid provision that most closely approximates the purpose and economic effect of the invalid provision.
