Milestones in the company\u2019s history<\/h3>

22 May 1935<\/h3>

The brothers Kurt and Rudolf Nagel found the \u2018Gebr. Nagel\u2019 (Nagel Brothers) haulage company in Versmold, Westphalia, Germany. The young entrepreneurs\u2019 first vehicle: a 10-tonne B\u00fcssing truck.<\/p><\/div>

1945<\/h3>

Kurt Nagel resumes business after the Second World War with just a single truck trailer.<\/p><\/div>

New branches are established throughout Germany. The company\u2019s workforce numbers almost 2,000; the vehicle fleet comprises around 750 vehicles.<\/p><\/div>

Nagel-Group continues to expand its network to Great Britain, Sweden, Italy, Austria, France, and Denmark with a number of takeovers and start-ups.<\/p><\/div>
