Selected candidates are invited to participate in the next stages of the recruitment process.<\/p>\n<h4>STAGE 2 \u2013 Recruitment meeting.<\/h4>\n<p>The next stage is a recruitment interview, which can take place either online or in person at the company&#8217;s headquarters. In justified cases, additional meetings are organized to enable a more in-depth assessment of competencies and mutual expectations.<\/p>\n<h4>STAGE 3 \u2013 Decision and invitation to cooperate.<\/h4>\n<p>After all stages of the process have been completed, a decision is made regarding the selection of the candidate.
