The Real Estate department is responsible for strategically developing Nagel-Group\u2019s fundamental core: our network of locations. Every day, a team of around 80 committed people dedicate themselves to preserving existing and creating new value.<\/p>\n

The Real Estate division at Nagel-Group covers a wide range of activities from asset management and facility management to new construction planning. A significant proportion of our team is dedicated to maintaining and improving our infrastructure day by day so as to ensure smooth logistics processes for our customers and partners. The team is also currently managing six ongoing new-build projects.<\/p>\n
